Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and and Promotion Board has provided 2010 Question paper for 2011 UP Police Sub-Inspector, Platoon Commander exam. In this questions paper there were total 120 question, 60 Maths and 60 reasoning, for 100 marks. As far as cut off is concerned then you need around 75 marks to qualify for the next round.
